When the owners of Colorado restaurant Sushi Row decided to expand their footprint with a second location, MTLC was proud to help them do so with a restaurant build-out in Nashville, TN. Upon its opening in December 2025, the upscale sushi house, located in the city’s Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood, quickly became an obsession.
